How to automate the candidate's status change when the recruiter views the candidate's CV

Hello everyone,

We are trying to implement a candidate selection process on Oracle Recruiting. We would like to change the status from "New Applicant" in the "New Applicants" phase to "CV Under Review" automatically when the recruiter views the candidate's CV. We were considering using Fast Formulas, but is there any field that actually gets updated when the recruiter views the CV? Does anyone know how to configure this automation?
