Creating a new contact / Current day of creation

Summary:

Please, when creating a new contact, I need to leave the field "What's the start date of this relationship?" as the current day of creation (sysdate/current day) and the field cannot be enabled for editing.

Please, what is the best way, Page Composer or Autocomplete Rules?
How do I create the rule?
