Not able to disable Passport, Visa and National ID section in the Family and Emergency Contacts Page

Summary:We have received a request from our HR team to disable the Passport, Visa and NID Section the Family and Emergency Contacts Page. I have made the necssary changes in the TDS rule for the Family and Emergency Contacts Page by marked the page section and all the attributes under the respective section as not visible in all existing rules. However, these sections are still visible to the users. Is this a need to make change in any other page?
