Not able to pull the values on LOV's for department, location, job and position.

Summary:

Previously we had an issue where new hired contingent workers in lower environments were not able to pull the values on LOV's for department, location, job and position. Oracle has suggested to turn off the below profile options in order to fix the issue.
ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_LOCATIONSLOV_ENABLED
ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_JOBSLOV_ENABLED
ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_DEPARTMENTSLOV_ENABLED

After disabling the profile options contingent workers LOV's issue did got fixed. However this was not the issue in production and we did not disable the profile option in production.

Now, since we are moving to redwood it is a requirement to enable this profile option in lower environment in order for redwood pages. If we don't enable this profile option the users are direct to RUI instead of redwood.
