Job requisitions posted externally are not showing on the external career site

Job requisitions that have been posted externally are not showing on the external career site, even after running the appropriate ESS Jobs (On Minimal Career Site).

Note: They are not uploaded by either HDL nor HSDL. They are created manually on the system from: My Client Groups> Create Job Requisition. after it is approved and status is posted on external career site, it does not show there.

Before creating them, i ran Required ESS jobs, however, nothing shows on the career site.

What could be missing or what should be done in order for them to appear successfully after being posted externally?
