Failed to hide seeded LOV "Assignment Category" based on Country

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I tried to restrict the Assignment Category based on the country level but failed to see the result on both Classic and Responsive UI.

I added a custom assignment category for France and Germany and added respective tags.

Can anyone help me in this matter?
