Automatic user creation email

Hi, when we onboard an employee into our system and add their email as a work email, their user account is created. After the account is created Oracle sends out an automatic email to the new user. its a custom email that a previous employe has created.

Can you please advise where i would go to find this email so i can update the template or switch this off?
