Able to populate marital status date prior to the hire date via interface

Summary: We have been receiving requests from our business requesting to be provided with an option to enter a date prior to the hire date in the Marital Status Date field under the Demographic Info section of the Personal Details Page. However, it was confirmed via SR and also in multiple discussions this is not achievable. However, we observed this behaviour of the field being updated with a date prior to the hire date when the data is interfaced from the hiring tool.

For example, the hire date of the employee is 1st Jan 2024 and the system doesn't allow any update related to Marital Status Date prior to 1st Jan 2024. But via interface, we were able to update the Marital Status Date to 15th Dec 2015 which is prior to the hire date.
