I cannot delete a row in the Assignment history: Created: Manager

Summary:

I am trying to delete a row which is Created: Manager. I believe this is automated by the system but I can't seem to delete it from the UI. I also cannot click it. MIght be possible through HDL, need the query for this one pls.
