Slowness in ACR Updation/Modification

Summary:

1. We have noticed that during updating of existing rules we are facing lot of slowness in Auto Complete Rules:
2. Sometimes, session gets expired and we get an error Connection Time Out(500)
3. Looks like there is heavy load in Business Objects rules/slowness in ACR wrt to modification
