Recruiter or HM has to store information in ORC before submitting the requisition for approval

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement where Hiring Manager and Recruiter has to store some information inside ORC or the requisition before submitting it for the approval.

Purpose of this requirement is when Recruiter goes on vacation and another recruiter is assigned, the communication on the requirement should not be initiated again.

The information includes:

Physical address, Time zone, Director of Operations, Regional HRD.

Interview Details: Interview panels, Duration.

As of now they are using the intake form outside ORC for these details, please find the sample form

attached

Let me know if there is a way to configure or store these details in ORC.
