Managers should have read only access for document of records

Hello everyone,

My client demand is that managers could see the documents of their employees but not able to add or delete a record

The line managers have a custom role- and I have deleted

ORA_PER_WORKER_DOCUMENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY and ORA_PER_DOCUMENT_TYPES_LOV_REST_SERVICE_DSPS Also regenerate grants from Manage Data Role and Security Profiles and click on Edit - Review and Submit

after doing that when the manager tries to access his/her employee spotlight screen we get a blank screen
