24B - Redwood - Add Assignment Info groups not appearing correctly.

Summary:

Customer has a requirement to add comments and attachments on the Add assignment task in redwood.
Please see the attachment to understand the way the system behaves.

It allows the user to add additional info groups but only after starting the transaction. The 7 info groups jump to 26 info groups.
Also, the comments and attachments are not visible in the train stop flow.

Please confirm if comments and attachments are available for add assignment transaction

And if the system is working as per design.
