Mr and Mrs title value modified, but not reflecting in search results

Hello,

In Manage Common Lookups > TITLE, I have modified the two values of Mr. and Mrs.

These changes are working because I can see them for example on the Hire an Employee screen :

Even on the Career Site for the candidates, when applying to a job posting they can see the new values :

But for example, in the Employment Info page, when viewing some results, the old value is still showing ⇒ Mme (Madame) .

It is supposed to be Mme (Madame) MHA TEST :

Is there a scheduled process I have to run or am I missing something ?
