Rehire to a new location

Summary:

We have an employee that was termed at one plant location and rehired at another plant location. HR partners at the old location can still see the EE in the new location.

I have checked: HRBPs AORs and found no issues, Work relationship status(Person Management—>Action menu—>Person and Employment—>Work Relationships) and the old work relationship isn't still active, the assignment details(dept, location, position title, etc.) for the rehire work relationship and nothing is related to the old location, and the Representatives under the Rehires Public info(none of the HRBPs at the old location are listed as representatives).
