Descriptive Flexfield in Family and Emergency Contact

Hi Experts!

We have created few DFF under Add New Contact in Family and Emergency Contact Details (Flexfield Code : PER_CONTACT_RELSHIPS_DFF). The DFF is visible only when employee creating a new contact and If employee trying to edit the updated data DFF is not visible. Do we know why this behaviour in DFF?

Below screenshot» Employee can able to view the DFF only adding a new contact.

When Employee Trying to Edit the existing contact, we don't see any DFF field.

Also, we would like to add the Same DFF under "Select a Co-worker as Contact". We need the exact DFF Flexfield code, do we have any possibility to get the Exact Flexfield Code?
