OLC - Completion Certificate Defaults allow only single template

Summary:

Existing Completion Certificate Defaults allow only single Certificate template for the all course,and we don't have any option to set Completion Certificate at course level.

Is there any way or work around to have multiple template based on course structures. means one set of courses to have template A, and other set of course to have template B.
