Can we give field-level data security in the BI report?

Summary:

Can we give field-level security in the BI report? where I can give someone access to a collection of records but hide certain field - for example someone in the diversity team would need to access the gender, ethnicity, religion fields from the person record, but I don't want them to access NI number, address, contact details
