Candidate interview feedback automation

We have the candidate selection process where in interview phase 4 rounds of interview states are there.After completion of each round of interviews recruiter is requesting for interviewer for feedback.Is there any process when all 4 rounds interview feedbacks are completed and submitted to the recruiter then automatically move to the state -Feedback completed.
