Display Business Title in English and Local Languages in ESS

Summary:

I would like to have Business titles in both English and in the language associated with the employees in ESS.  For example, Employee Business Title is Sales Representative in English and Representative in French language. Is there a way to configure it and display both fields in Self Service. Appreciate if you have an idea and provide the steps here.
