Not able to add same 2 department under 2 different legal entity

Summary:

Hi Team,

I want to add the same department under two legal different legal entities but it's not allowing me to add the same department, it throws the error called ‘Admin 1951-01-01 cannot be added into current tree because duplicate nodes are not allowed.’

Please let me know if this system functionality and what is the alternative solution for this.
