Remove Manager Change option under actions in employment page

Summary:

Hello.

I would like to be able to hide the Manager Change option

My Client Groups —> Person Management —> Employment —> Edit

Navigate to My Client Groups → Show More(Quick Actions) → Configure Actions but I can't edit the end date

Is there another way to do it?

I would appreciate the help
