Summary:

Hi Experts,

When our recruiters are trying to search applicants in a requisition, search fields are very basic.

Our recruiters would want to search based on the employee location, qualification, certificates etc., which are not available in search.

Can you please let me know how your organization's are able to effectively filter right applicants from 1000's of applicants in ORC?
