What is Employer of record and how to implement it in Fusion HCM?

Summary:

Detailed description of how the EOR should behave in Fusion.

We are close to contracting with an international Employer of Record (EOR).
What this will provide is for my Org in US to hire anywhere globally.
These EORs can report into a US Manager.

My org needs a way that Vendor Hires can be entered into Fusion HCM in a new category, namely EOR.They are not an agency temp or e-time temp since they will be eligible for an annual merit increase and be part of the annual incentive and performance management programs.They will be Vendor employees and paid their monthly base salary and their social mandated benefits will be administered by Vendor.In turn, Vendor will invoice My Org on a monthly basis to pay the salaries and the country taxes, etc. and Vendors's monthly fee which will be dependent upon the selected country
