Resignation during probation period & before notice period

Dear Team

We have created new action in resignation and we want to link them with the Notice period and probation period,
if the Employee finish his/her probation period he shouldn't be allowed to select the second Option" I want to terminate the contract under the probationary period"

and if the Employee Exceeding the notice period he should not be allowed to select the third option " The contract expires and I don’t want to renew it"
