The customer wants to add two new blocks to the Internal Candidate Job Apply page. The first block is for Additional Person Info, and the second is for Skills and Qualifications. The candidate must fill in or review all the fields before clicking the submit button. This should follow the standard behavior same as Job application questions and supporting document i.e. when the page open up, by default internal additional person info should open and other remain in collapsed state and as we click on continue the previous block should collapse and next should expand
