Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 - Custom Value Mapping

Summary:

We are trying to use the delivered Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 HCM extract to send payroll data to ADP Celergo. The file we send is being rejected because of data mapping issues. For example we are sending a custom value for gender which is not recognised by ADP and also sending some delivered Oracle nationality values which are not recognised (Türkiye instead of Turkey).
The HCM Extract is not editable, so how can we introduce mappings so that we can convert values in our system to ones that are acceptable to ADP Celergo?
