Redwood - New employee created multiple times

Summary:

My Client Groups > New Person > Hire an Employee >

Work through the various screens to populate new employee details.

When clicking Submit button to finalise input, you can click the button multiple times, and this creates multiple records for the same employee.

There is nothing to indicate that upon clicking Submit that the page is loading, and nothing to prevent clicking the button more than once.

For example, clicking submit 3 times on an employee record creation Assignment screen, results in 3 records being created:

Q: Is this expected behaviour? Are there any settings that can be configured to prevent multiple record creation?
