How to automatically update - "Hourly Paid or Salaried" and "Office or Field."

Summary:

When updating/promoting an employee from hourly to salary, we need the Job Title to automatically update - "Grade", "Hourly Paid or Salaried" and "Office or Field.".  The grade auto-updates but not the other two.
Any suggestions on configurations will be appreciated.
