Unable to see actions button in setup and maintenance for export CSV

Hi All,

We are unable to get the Actions button in the Tasks of Setup and Maintenance.

We need this to do Export/Import CSV of specific tasks , specifically Time and Labor for migration.

I have added Application Implementation consultant, Application Implementation Manager, Application Implementation Administrator, Human Capital Management Integration Specialist, Time and Labor Manager, Time and Labor Administrator.
