Approval workflow - Job offer (AoR)

Hi all,

Our client ask us to build an approval workflow for the Job offer based on a department tree. More precisely we created an AoR for a user that include the father position of the department tree.

But if i create an offer with any department below the father position in the tree the approval request doesn't arrive to the user in the workflow.

Anyone ever faced this situation? How did you solve it?
