Fast formula approval workflow

Hi all,

Is it possible to activate an approval workflow (for the approval of a job offer) only if the specific field "Assignment category" in the job offer section "Assignement details" is selected the specific value "STAFF"? Maybe with a fast formula?

Can anyone give me some solution if they have ever faced this problem?
