Transaction ID for Offer Transaction SQL

We have a candidate with an offer pending approval; however, we are unable to locate it in our transaction console or worklist. Does anyone have a SQL they can share that will allow us to find pending Offer transactions so that we can locate the transaction ID please?

We tried to run the Conflicting Transaction Details diagnostics test but it is only searching for person ID and not candidate ID. Thank you in advance!
