Can you add the 'Copy Balances' field when creating an offer in Recruiting

When completing on Offer for an internal candidate in ORC, we are not able to make the below fields visible in the Create Offer page. Does anyone know if it is possible to make these 2 fields visible in the Create Offer page?

  • Copy element to the new employment record
  • Copy balances to the new employment record

When completing a Global Transfer within HR the fields are available in the Payroll section, but they are not available to be added in the Payroll section on the Create and Edit Offer Design Studio rule. All of the other fields are available, just not these 2 checkboxes.
