We are seeing issue with Valid grade not changing when Job is changed on Add Assignment.

Expected Behavior: Only one valid grade should be in the drop-down and it should default when the new job title is selected.

Actual Result: When our end user does an assignment change, the Grade does not automatically default when the new job title is selected and several grade values appear in the grade list of values. This result in the end user doesn't know what value to select.
