Hide some flexfields on Job Offer Letter

We have several different offer letter templates created in the system. Our organization requires many different Flexfields to display information when sending an Offer Letter template to candidates and these all show up on the Offer Letter under the "Additional Information" section.

Can Flexfields for Offer Letters be shown or hidden from the Additional Info section based on a criteria like type of Job Requisition or something else? Since we have several Offer Letter templates with many flex fields, the Additional Information is full of fields that may not be applicable to the actual job offer being sent.

Can these fields be shown or hidden or is there a different spot to add flexfields to achieve this?
