Create New Requisitions using existing Requisitions

Summary:

We have observed that the Job Function field is only getting populated if we create a new requisition using Position. However, as a practice our Requisition team creates new requisitions using Existing Requisition. We need the job function field to auto populate in this scenario as well.

Job function field is added now in requisition.
