How to restrict Hiring Manager permissions to edit requisitions blocks after req is approved

Restrict Hiring Manager permissions to edit requisitions after it is approved

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently Hiring Manager is able to edit the requisition (Basic Info, Hiring Team, Posting , Attachments and Configuration sections) after it has been approved.

Customer requires this permission to be removed for the Hiring Manager. Only Recruiter should be able to edit the requisition after it is approved.

How can this privilege be removed for the Hiring Manager alone ?
