What is the privilege for Manage Intercompany Period Status

Would need to put the Manage Intercompany Period Status as a separate custom role so that the user can open/close the period without navigating to Setup and Maintenance

The Manage Intercompany Period Status is only available in the Setup and Maintenance which requires the Application Implementation Consultant role which deem not appropriate to be given to all users. Hence, would need to create a custom role with Manage Intercompany Period Status to assign to the user.
