Can we add custom fields to the Additional compensation section on IC page?

Hi,

Is it possible that I can add a custom field (through adding DFF is not feasible as per a document) somehow in the below section?

Requirement is to add fields like- Maternity leave start date/end date, gender etc.

Has anyone added any field or another section in the individual compensation page and can share some thoughts on this?
