Manager Cannot See Direct Reports when they are Nonworker

Summary:

Hi,

When a Nonworker [Fx. Assignment Number N12345] reporting to a Manager [ Fx. Assignment Nr. E45678], Manager is unable to view Nonworker team member in [My Team].

Manager can however see and manage a Contingent Worker [Fx. Assignment Nr. C46987] at the same time.

Not sure if we're missing running a process/privilege.

Please advise.
