Has anyone who uses ADP to print W-2 used the custom summary section at top?

Summary:

We want to use the custom summary section at the top of the ADP W-2 but were told by ADP, Oracle would have to configure the smartconnect template to allow that. Just wondering if anyone has worked with Oracle to get this configured.
