Approval rule for Manage Eligible Jobs process

Hello!

I need to create simple approval rule for Manage Eligible Jobs process - after Line Manager enters eligible job it should go to approval to Employee/Worker, but I fail to create it because of missing Worker values in the User approvers block:

Am I doing something wrong or how to achieve this result? I've checked the other Approvers blocks available, but these also didn't work out. Any help is very much appreciated.
