Obligatory Attachments in Employee selfservice

Hi everyone.
In the “skills and qualifications” section, and also in the other employee selfservice sections, like "Passaports", we cannot make the “attachments” section obligatory with HCM Design Studio. If we do this with Page Composer, it turns out to be a obligatory field, but the system allows us to move forward even if we don't fill in the field. Is this an expected beaviour or are we doing something wrong?
