How to identify potential seniority dates that are incorrect or are at risk of being incorrect?

Is there a way to act proactively and identify users or dates that have been impacted by incorrect seniority dates? As of now, we are just fixing and updating incorrect seniority dates as we identify them individually, however, we are looking for a way to find all of the incorrect dates in one place.

Would this be best identified in a report? My current understanding is that a report can be supplemental, however, when it comes to identifying patterns and confirming what is right versus what is wrong will require manual human intervention.
