HCM Extract - Original Date of Hire field pulling Offer Creation Date

Summary:

We have a data extract that we pull change data to send to payroll daily. We recently implemented Oracle Recruiting and for the first few hires didn't notice anything off. But in the past few weeks, all of the new hires are pulling back the value of when the offer letter was created as their assignment relationship start date instead of their actual hire date.

We have been using this data extract for over 7 years and never had this issue until recently with Oracle Recruiting Cloud being used, so very confused on why it would be pulling the offer creation date when that is not on the employee record anywhere, only available on the candidate record.
