Deleted an Environment Deployment and Express Mode now missing among other issues

Summary:
We deleted the last few publishes we did in TEST by going to environments > Deployment and deleting just like Oracle has shown in their videos. Now when I open the workspace it loaded but express mode and advanced do not show at the top. If I go back into the application pages to a redwood page, we have made changes to and click edit in Visual Builder, it says there is no development environment. I click Create Environment and then get the second error below. Then lastly, I noticed when i went back into environment it suddenly duplicated
