Change Photo transactions are not recorded in the transaction console

Hi all,

Currently the Administrator is carrying out a Change Photo transaction for another employee, when submitted it was successful and should have entered the approval process, but when we checked in the transaction console, there was no transaction history of change photo for employee ****.

I have searched all the existing filters, but there is absolutely no history in the transaction console.

Does anyone know why this might happen?
Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
