job not showing in Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

The link to the post from the email notification was working however customer received an email from the hiring manager this morning to say they couldn't see it listed. customer has tried riposting and again got the notification it was up with a working link but it's not showing in Opportunity Marketplace - please advise?
