Enable Primary flag at the Create work relationship process.

Summary:

For the scenario where contingent worker becomes employee, HR creates employee work relationship prior to terminating contingent work relationship (CWK) as CWK is terminated through integration as per Cummins process. That’s the reason, HR needs to go to work relationship page and set the primary flag for employee work relationship.

So to simplify the process for HR,

1. Can we enable Primary flag at the Create work relationship process so that we can set this flag on while creating employee work relationship itself instead of going to work relationship page later and sets that flag?
2. If we can’t enable primary flag at the Create work relationship level, is there any other solution other than setting the flag at work relationship page?
